The following is an introduction to this user committee, which is only possible with our packaged products.
What is the User Committee?
The User Committee is a user group made up of customers who use our products.
Through the sharing of information and the exchange of opinions between our company and our customers, and between customers and each other, we aim to achieve a synergistic effect between the functional improvement of
products and the improvement of our customers' business efficiency, and to achieve mutual and lasting growth.

Activities of the User Committee (details)
Activity 01] Regular Meeting
Regular meetings for all members. Members from all over Japan gather together and interact with a wide range of users, regardless of industry, size, or products used. In addition to various information from our company, reports on the activities of the user committee, and lectures on case studies by users, we also hold social gatherings to deepen friendship among members.

Activity 02: Subcommittee meetings
We hold subcommittee meetings by product, industry, region, and theme, which are broadly divided into the following four categories. Depending on the theme, developers also attend the breakout sessions. Users directly communicate their feature requests to the developers, and the developers reflect the feedback they receive at the breakout sessions in their products, leading to the development of products with a higher degree of perfection.

This is a community site for User Committee members only, where customers can communicate with each other and with our employees. The online community allows for easy and speedy information exchange and sharing with users in other industries and regions, regardless of time or location. You can use the site to share information on business issues and the use of our products, as well as to gather information on events.

Activity 04] Newsletter
This is a paper-based newsletter that provides UC members with information on our Products / Services and other information, as well as user interviews and other information sharing among member companies.
The newsletter is sent by mail once a year to members who request it.
