What should accounting department do to comply with the Takeover Bills Act?

With the enforcement of the Act on the Proper Treatment of Small and Medium-sized Entrustee Transactions (Torihiki Hou), the accounting department in charge of payment practice is required to have more advanced control than ever before, such as strict management of payment sites, prevention of retention, preservation of Article 7 records, and thorough elimination of prohibited activities.

In this seminar, Mr. Tetsuji Konda of Nishimura & Asahi, Gaikokuho will give an overview of the Torihiki Law and the points of revision, and explain the key points of
accounting practice.
In particular, he will explain in detail the legal requirements that accounting departments face and their practical responses, from meeting the payment deadline of "60 days from receipt of deliverables" and avoiding delays in payment due to delays in on-site acceptance inspection, to the creation and preservation of "Article 7 records.

In addition, WAP explains the concept of designing business processes to ensure that compliance with the Torihiki Law is implemented on site.
Visualization and prevention of retention of invoices from receipt to approval to payment, centralized management of trails, prevention of input errors and omissions, etc. will be introduced.
