You can work from home or at a location approved by your manager. We have an environment where web conferencing can be started immediately, and tips on how to conduct web conferencing efficiently are shared internally.

tool (esp. software, etc.) FAMO Support System

This system started on September 1, 2022.
FAMO is an abbreviation of "father and mother" in English, and supports employees who have children regardless of gender.

Main contents of the system

  • Return to work bonus: 10% of previous year's earnings
  • Semi-parental leave: Available within the range of 12 to 20 hours per week
  • FAMO Shortened Working Hours: 4-8 hours/day until graduation from elementary school
  • FAMO Support Leave: 5 days (paid) for each child plus 5 days (unpaid) each year until the child graduates from elementary school.

*Some employees are not eligible.

tool (esp. software, etc.) Flexible Leave System

This system grants "flex vacation" for the difference between the number of Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and the 105 days (106 days in leap years) of the scheduled holidays. The vacation days can be changed at the discretion of the individual, and in the example of fiscal year 2022, 17 days per year can be freely moved.

This system solves problems such as difficulties in adjusting schedules caused by situations such as "a national holiday in Japan but a weekday overseas," and unavoidable work on holidays.

The system has made cooperation between domestic and overseas offices smoother, and has also made it possible to fulfill the wishes of foreign employees working in Japan who wish to take off work on national holidays in their home countries.

By allowing employees to choose to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays and take weekdays off, an increasing number of employees are able to avoid crowded consecutive vacations and enjoy a fulfilling vacation.

A work system that allows employees to flexibly change their arrival and departure times to suit their work schedule.

By controlling working hours according to schedules and conditions, employees are able to work in a highly productive manner. The WORKS style of work is to value the autonomy of employees without detailed rules.

Every six months, positions open within the company are made public.

Your supervisor will not know that you have entered a position until you have been transferred, so you can take on challenges with peace of mind. This is an opportunity to foster an awareness of the need to proactively carve out one's own career and to reflect on one's own career.

The ChanceBook, which contains information about openings in each department, makes you realize that there are many attractive jobs available within the company, and tips on how to conduct web conferences efficiently are also shared within the company.

Training is conducted for employees in management positions in the form of cross-organizational discussions.

The discussion is a great opportunity for employees to share their concerns and find solutions, and to develop a sense of camaraderie in fighting together, even if they work in different departments or positions.

Employees vote to select the employee or team that best embodies the values of Works that year.

The winning employees' stories of how they reached their goals and how they overcame difficulties are inspiring and educational for those around them.

Awards are presented to employees who have been with the company for 10 years.

They are expected to be evangelists who have mastered the Work's unique characteristics.

With the aim of raising the level of their work by gaining new insights, we invite outside lecturers to speak about the ideas and activities of key people who are leading the way in their work.

Organizational vitality

The program started in April 2020. All employees in Tokyo, Singapore, and Shanghai can take the survey every month.

The purpose is to identify and improve organizational and company problems at an early stage.

We use the survey as a hint to create a better environment for employees to play an active role by providing support from the back office to improve the organization.

tool (esp. software, etc.) WORKS UPDATE & QUICK UPDATE

In order to make management more accessible to employees and to keep them united in pursuit of the same goals, WORKS management discloses information in a variety of ways.

These include "WORKS UPDATE," which is viewed simultaneously throughout the company, and "QUICK UPDATE," a video broadcast on the company's social networking service. Both of these programs are also characterized by the fact that they accept Q&A from employees in real time on the SNS.

Various events are held as opportunities for company-wide communication.

The company-wide kickoff party, the year-end party, and seasonal events provide opportunities for all employees, regardless of department, to interact with each other.

In order to promote active communication and facilitate company-wide communication at the company level, we have established a communication platform using a corporate SNS.

Various groups have been created, ranging from sharing the success stories of each department to discussing hobbies, and all employees, including those at overseas locations, can freely participate in these groups.

The management often comments on the messages from employees. is a place where information can be transmitted and exchanges can take place without any division or layer of separation.
