It means "making work fun.

We have further deepened our existing mission and clarified the core idea of
WAP's raison d'etre as a society.
The concept of "making it fun"
, which has not been explicitly stated in our mission until now, was born out of a deep
thought about what WAP has been rooted in up to now, and originated
in the belief that creative work is fun.
