In the project planning phase, the system is equipped with a mechanism to formulate cost estimates based on the required processes and personnel to be assigned, enabling the calculation of precise scheduled costs by accumulating processes and personnel.
During the progress phase of a project, the system enables timely grasping of budget and actual results without taking time to consolidate necessary information through a system that centrally manages all transactions related to the project. The system can be used to visualize monthly and account balances, and to track the progression of income and expenditures over time, including the initial plan, the most recent plan, and the estimated completion date.
In addition to visualizing the status of income and expenditures, it is also possible to set borderlines in advance and automatically identify projects that may be in the red.

Enhanced control through workflow

All application and approval processes are managed through workflow.
The flow can be branched out according to the amount of the project order, the level of risk (e.g., outsourced or subcontracted), and the application can be routed to the appropriate approver or controlled according to the status of the workflow. This system can be operated in accordance with the approval rules of each company, from large-scale projects that straddle divisions to small-scale projects within a division. The application process, which tends to be complicated, can be made more efficient, while at the same time, the control can be strengthened.

When closing monthly accounts, HUE Project Management consolidates the information necessary for income and expense calculations, such as attendance, expenses, and sales.
Based on the aggregated information, HUE Project Management performs the necessary processing to calculate income and expenses for each project, such as labor cost calculation and allocation processing.
The system eliminates the need to collect, post, and edit information, and the simple screen structure allows you to complete everything from cost calculation to journal entry creation at the touch of a button.
The system is configured in such a way that there is no need to restrict the use of the system even during the monthly closing period, so the daily operations of the field department will not be interrupted.

Realize paperless operations

Various transaction slips such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery slips, and acceptance inspection slips can be centrally managed on a project basis.
For order placement with subcontractors, a dedicated WEB-EDI is available. The system is structured specifically for management of subcontractors, such as conductors, reimbursement patterns, business day master, and worker ranks, enabling paperless and efficient operations for all transactions involving subcontractors.
