IV. Outsourcing the handling of personal information

We may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in I. above. In such cases, we will conclude a nondisclosure agreement and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the consignee.

*Personal data in possession refers to "personal information that constitutes a systematic collection of information, for which we have the authority to respond to all requests for disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination, and suspension of provision to third parties requested by the person in question.
