Japan Airport Building Co.
HUE CRE" is adopted as the core system for management and operation of commercial facilities, aiming at strategic tenant management by covering business requirements specific to commercial facilities with standard functions
Japan Airport Building is a company engaged in the construction, management and operation of domestic passenger terminals at Haneda Airport, as well as tenant management and operation of commercial facilities. In order to meet the increasing demand for domestic and international flight connections at Haneda Airport, the company is working to enhance both the hardware and software functions of the airport to improve the quality of airport services. As part of this effort, the company has selected CRE, a strategic core system that can support the development and operation of attractive commercial facilities.
Aiming to create a business environment that allows us to focus on maximizing revenue from commercial facilities
The following three points were particularly appreciated in the adoption of HUE CRE.
1. Standard functions to support a wide variety of contract types
The system's standard functions can manage both general commercial facility contract types and contract types specific to airport terminal buildings, making system costs more visible and eliminating the need for human resources in all aspects of operations. In addition, even if the number of managed properties increases or new contract types are added in the future, the system can be handled within the fixed maintenance fee, so no additional costs are incurred, leading to long-term reduction of system investment costs.
2. Improve productivity by digitizing all documents required for lease management
All documents required for lease management will be digitized, including various applications from tenants such as air conditioning extensions and reservations for shared facilities, which were previously done on paper, as well as reimbursement forms issued to tenants. The digitized data will also be used for automatic processing of reimbursement operations and automatic journalizing in the accounting system, greatly reducing routine tasks. This allows commercial facilities to focus on operations that maximize revenue and improve services.
3. Enables detailed analysis of sales trends
A single package can manage both office and commercial facility information, and it also supports data linkage with external systems and output of analysis data in a detailed manner. In addition, the ability to analyze revenues and expenditures by client, tenant, or parcel, rather than by system-defined units, facilitates planning for tenant attraction and reallocation.
Through "HUE Classic," which has accumulated know-how in commercial facility management and operation, Works will support attractive commercial facility operations backed by data.
