EBM is a JIIMA certified cloud service specialized in the Electronic Bookkeeping Act for scanner preservation and electronic transactions.
It is designed in accordance with the requirements of the scanner preservation system and electronic transaction system stip ulated by the Electronic Bookkeeping Act. It allows users to quickly find the data they need when they need it, and to manage vouchers centrally while properly destroying the originals.

EBM is a simple service that specializes in voucher storage in compliance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act (hereinafter referred to as "Electronic Bookkeeping Act"). EBM is easy to implement because it has no extra functions that are not related to the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
Even if only the accounting department is not strong in systems, it can be easily introduced.

Enterprise Plan
From 100 employees

- No initial setup fee is required.
- If the file management capacity exceeds 100 GB, the monthly fee of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) will be automatically charged per 100 GB.
- If the start date of this service is in the middle of a month, the monthly fee will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.
- The service can be used jointly with users belonging to the customer's group companies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "external users").
- A one-year fee of 360,000 yen (excluding tax) can be paid in advance in a lump sum.

Light Plan
Less than 100 employees
2,000 per month
- An initial setup fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) is required.
- This service is available only for customers with less than 100 employees. We reserve the right to refuse the use of the Light Plan upon our investigation even if you apply.
- After the file management capacity exceeds 5 GB, you will be automatically transferred to the Enterprise Plan, which costs 30,000 yen/month.
- Even if the start date of this service is in the middle of a month, the monthly fee will not be reduced or refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- The Service cannot be used jointly with external users.
- Only a monthly contract is available.

Integration with HUE Workflow
EBM can be linked with HUEWorkflow*, a cloud-based workflow system, and voucher files attached to applications in HUE Workflow are automatically saved in EBM.
When used in conjunction with HUE Workflow, complex workflows can be set up to suit various company operations, and general users can store vouchers in accordance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act without having to be aware of EBM.
HUE Workflow is an unprecedented workflow system that pursues "ease of use" from the user's perspective. It supports not only application and approval, but also streamlines the entire workflow and is the first step in promoting DX.

An Internet environment and a computer with a recommended browser are required. You do not need to prepare a server for installation.
