Service Specification
Definition of this document
This document describes the cloud services available from Works Applications Corporation ("Works Applications") for customers using HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Chatbot ("Chatbot"). (hereinafter referred to as "Works Applications"), you are required to agree to the contents of this document and "HUE Works Suite / HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service").
In the event of any discrepancy between this document and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of service and those previously presented, the most recent version of the terms of service will always take precedence.
Chatbot Service Overview
Chatbot is a chatbot that applies natural language processing technology developed by our group's Tokushima Artificial Intelligence NLP Laboratory. By applying the natural language processing dictionary that we have been researching, Chatbot absorbs the Japanese words used by each person when asking questions, and leads the user to the most appropriate answer. In addition, we have enhanced the dashboard for administrators so that they can analyze the usage status and make improvements according to the usage status on the administration screen.
Chatbot is a service for corporate customers. Use of Chatbot is limited to corporations (including public institutions).
Chatbot can be used jointly with users belonging to your group companies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "External Users"). However, any and all acts related to the use of Chatbot by External Users shall be deemed to be acts by you, and you shall be liable to us for any and all violations of the Terms of Service or this document by External Users as violations by you. If we request you to disclose the name and address of the corporation to which the External User belongs, you shall notify us in writing without delay.
2.1 Standard Service Features
Chatbot provides the following services as standard services. In addition, we will provide the initial setup work (setup of the usage environment and creation of an administrator account). For customers using the Enterprise plan, we will also provide tuning to improve the response rate (up to 100 registered Q&As) as part of the initial setup process.
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following services and the initial construction work shall be determined at the discretion of the Company.

2.2 Chatbot Optional Services
Chatbot provides the following services as optional services for a separate fee.
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following services shall be determined at the discretion of Chatbot.
Only customers who are currently subscribing to the Standard Service on an annual basis may apply for the Optional Services.
Contents
This service allows users to interact with Chatbot in languages other than Japanese. One language can be translated per set of this optional service. We can handle English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, and more than 50 other languages (excluding right-to-left languages). Translation quality depends on the original Q&A data and the machine translation service, which is determined at our discretion. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service provides the dialogue API used for system development necessary to run Chatbot on any system used within the customer's own organization. The latest dialogue API at the time of application for this optional service is provided. Customers can develop their own system using the dialogue API based on the specifications provided separately. The customer is responsible for the development of the system, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever. There is no limit to the number of systems that can be linked to Chatbot, as long as the system development is done at the customer's own risk.
This service allows you to receive online face-to-face support from our operational support team. One (1) hour of face-to-face support is available for each service set of this optional service. This optional service must be used within 3 months from the date of the contract for this optional service.
Our natural language processing technology team will tune the Q&A created by the client to improve the response rate. This optional service must be used within 3 months of the date of contract for this optional service.
This service allows us to create and edit Q&A that would normally be conducted by the client. The customer must provide us with the necessary information for the implementation of the service.
This service allows you to add the number of available calls. Each optional service can be added for 10,000 calls per month for monthly subscriptions or 120,000 calls per year for annual subscriptions.
This service allows Enterprise Plan customers to add content. One additional content can be set up per one set of this optional service. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service allows Light Plan customers to add content. One additional content can be set up per one set of this optional service. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service can provide candidate answers to questions inputted into Chatbot from any document uploaded by the customer in advance or from a document retrieved from a specified website, as well as the source of the answers. Answer suggestions are generated using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) (the use of RAG can be disabled). The service is based on an implementation procedure that is provided separately. The installation must be set up by us and the customer based on the installation instructions provided separately.
This optional service has the following restrictions.
Number of registered files: 5,000
- Registered file size: 100GB
- Number of RAG usage: 3,000 times per month
In addition to "Document Search," this service allows ChatGPT to automatically generate Q&A from any document uploaded in advance by the customer and documents obtained from specified websites. The installation of this service needs to be set up by us and the customer based on the installation manual provided separately.
The following restrictions apply to automatic Q&A generation by ChatGPT.
Cumulative number of document characters for automatic Q&A generation: 1,000,000 characters per month.
2.3 Environment Setup and Administration Password Issuance
We will send you the access URL and password for the management screen to the e-mail address you registered at the time of application within 3 business days after your application.
2.4 Support Services
We will send you the initial setup manual, Chatbot operation manual, and an e-mail address for inquiries to the e-mail address you provided.

2.5 Usage Fees
Standard Service
Enterprise Plan
[In the case of a monthly contract]
- Initial Setup Fee: 500,000 yen (excluding tax)
- Monthly usage fee: 150,000 yen (excluding tax)
The initial setup fee includes the initial setup work (setup of the usage environment, creation of an administrator account, and tuning to improve the response rate (up to 100 registered Q&As)). Registration Q&As used for response rate improvement tuning must be provided by the customer.
*Number of calls per month: up to 15,000 calls. If you wish to increase the maximum number of calls per month, you must purchase the optional service "Additional Calls" (10,000 yen/month (excluding tax)/per 10,000 calls). The number of calls refers to the number of times a new message is sent to Chatbot, and does not include the number of times Chatbot hears back or responds.
Initial number of contents: 5. Additional content can be added by purchasing the optional service "Additional Content (Enterprise Plan)" (10,000 yen/month (excluding tax)/per content). Content refers to a single topic in the chatbot (to be arbitrarily specified by the customer). (as specified by the customer) in the chatbot. Initial number of contents: 5. Additional content can be added by purchasing the optional service "Additional Content (Enterprise Plan)" (120,000 yen per year (excluding tax)/per content). Light Plan

- Monthly fee: 80,000 yen (excluding tax)
The initial monthly fee includes the cost of the initial setup (setup of the usage environment and creation of an administrator account).
Monthly call volume: Up to 1,500 calls per month. If you wish to increase the maximum number of calls per month, please change to the Enterprise Plan or purchase the optional service "Additional Calls" (10,000 yen/month (excluding tax)/per 10,000 calls). The number of calls refers to the number of times a new message is sent to Chatbot, and does not include the number of times Chatbot hears back or responds.
Initial number of contents: 1. If you would like to add more contents, you will need to convert to the Enterprise Plan or purchase the optional service "Additional Contents (Light Plan)" (30,000 yen/month (excluding tax)/per contents). Content refers to a single topic in the chatbot (to be arbitrarily specified by the customer). (to be specified at your discretion) in the chatbot. You can manage Q&A, analyze Q&A, set administrators, etc. for each content.

- Annual fee: 960,000 yen (excluding tax)
The initial annual fee includes the cost of initial setup work (setup of the usage environment and creation of administrator accounts).
Number of calls per year: up to 18,000 calls. If you wish to increase the maximum number of calls per year, you must change to the Enterprise Plan or purchase the optional service "Additional Calls" (120,000 yen per year (excluding tax) per 120,000 calls). The number of calls refers to the number of new messages sent to Chatbot, and does not include the number of responses from Chatbot, such as listening back or answering back.
Initial number of contents: 1. If you wish to add more contents, please change to the Enterprise Plan or purchase the optional service "Additional Contents (Light Plan)" (annual fee: ¥360,000 (excluding tax)/per contents). 2.6 Contract Term
Standard Service]
[In the case of a monthly contract]
The contract period is from the start date of use of the Service to the last day of the month in which such start date of use falls, as specified in the Terms of Service. However, if the customer does not express the intention to terminate the contract by the method specified by the company at least one month prior to the expiration of the contract period, the contract shall be renewed for one month under the same conditions, and the same shall apply thereafter.
[In the case of an annual subscription, the subscription period shall be one year from the Service Start Date if the Service Start Date is on the first day of a month, or from the Service Start Date to the last day of the month containing the date one year after the Service Start Date if the Service Start Date is in the middle of a month. However, if the customer does not express his/her intention to terminate the contract by the method prescribed by us at least one month prior to the expiration of the contract period, the contract shall be renewed for another one-year period under the same terms and conditions, and the same shall apply thereafter.

[In case of monthly subscription]
The initial subscription period is from the start date of the optional service to the end of the current standard service subscription period. The initial subscription period is from the start date of use of the optional service to the expiration date of the current standard service subscription period. However, if the customer does not express his/her intention to terminate the contract by our prescribed method at least one month prior to the expiration of the contract period, the contract shall be renewed for one month under the same terms and conditions, and the same shall apply thereafter. Notwithstanding the above, when the subscription for the Standard Service is terminated, the subscription for the Optional Service shall also be terminated at the same time.

Notwithstanding the above, in the event of termination of the Standard Service subscription agreement, the agreement for the Optional Service shall be terminated at the same time.
2.7 Calculation Method and Payment Terms
2.7.1 Calculation Method

- Fees shall accrue from the date of commencement of use of the Service as set forth in the Terms of Service.
- At the end of each month, the number of inquiries and other usage details for the month will be confirmed, and the usage fee for the month will be fixed according to the details.
- If the start date of this service is in the middle of a month, the usage fee for the month will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

* "Days not used" is the number of days from the first day of the month to the day before the Service Start Date.
The pro-rata calculation is performed by multiplying first and dividing second, and rounding off the decimal point.
*The initial construction fee incurred when using the Enterprise Plan will not be prorated. For the first month, the initial construction fee plus the usage fee for the month in question will be charged.

- If the Service start date is in the middle of a month, the initial subscription period shall be from the Service start date to the last day of the month containing the date one year after the Service start date, and the initial usage fee shall be the monthly usage fee (calculated on a pro-rata basis (the calculation method is the same as the pro-rata calculation for monthly subscriptions)) for the month containing the Service start date and the annual usage fee (calculated on a pro-rata basis for monthly subscriptions) for the month containing the Service start date. (1) If the Service Start Date is January 1, 2022, the fee for the initial subscription period will be due on the last day of January 2022.
(2) If the Service Commencement Date is January 2, 2022, the usage fee for the first subscription period will be due at the end of February 2022. - The payment date for the usage fee for the second and subsequent contract periods shall be the last day of the month prior to the month in which the contract period expires, and the usage fee for the next contract period shall be paid on the last day of the month in which the contract period expires (advance payment). Billing will be done by the method specified by us.
2.8 Terms of Provision
Chatbot is provided using Microsoft Azure provided by Microsoft Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "MS"). Microsoft Azure provided by Microsoft Corporation ("MS") is used to provide Chatbot. In using Chatbot, you will be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Customer Agreement ( https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/ja-JP/productoffering/MicrosoftAzure/MCA ), You shall not violate any of the terms and conditions of the Azure OpenAI Service in the Microsoft Customer Agreement ().
