Definition of this document
This document describes the cloud services available from Works Applications Corporation ("Works Applications") for customers using HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Chatbot ("Chatbot"). (hereinafter referred to as "Works Applications"), you are required to agree to the contents of this document and "HUE Works Suite / HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service").
In the event of any discrepancy between this document and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of service and those previously presented, the most recent version of the terms of service will always take precedence.
Chatbot Service Overview
Chatbot is a chatbot based on natural language processing technology developed by our group's Tokushima Artificial Intelligence NLP Laboratory. By applying the natural language processing dictionary that we have been researching, Chatbot can absorb the Japanese language used by each questioner, and lead the user to the most appropriate answer. In addition, we have enhanced the dashboard for administrators so that they can analyze the usage status and make improvements according to the usage status on the administration screen.
Chatbot is a service for corporate customers. Use of Chatbot is limited to corporations (including public institutions).
Chatbot can be used jointly with users belonging to your group companies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "external users"). However, any and all acts related to the use of Chatbot by External Users shall be deemed to be acts by you, and you shall be liable to us for any and all violations of the Terms of Service or this document by External Users, as if such violations were committed by you. If we request you to disclose the name and address of the corporation to which the External User belongs, you shall notify us in writing without delay.
2.1 Initial Setup Service
Chatbot will provide the following initial setup services for an initial setup fee.
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following services are determined by Chatbot at its own discretion.
In addition, customers are required to provide the information necessary for "environment construction work" and the registration FAQ for "initial tuning".

2.2 Standard Service Features
Chatbot provides the following service functions as a standard service for a monthly fee.
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following service functions shall be determined by Chatbot at its own discretion.

2.3 Chatbot Optional Service
Contents
This is an optional service to build a proxy server necessary for publishing Chatbot on the Internet. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service allows users to interact with Chatbot in languages other than Japanese. One language translation is available per service. We can handle English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, and more than 50 other languages (excluding right-to-left languages). Translation quality depends on the original FAQ data and the machine translation service as determined at our discretion. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service allows customers to run Chatbot on the LINE that they use within their own organization. The customer and our company will need to set up the installation based on the installation instructions that will be provided separately. Please note that the use of LINE by the Client is at the Client's own risk based on the contract between the Client and LINE Corporation, and the Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the use of LINE.
This service allows customers to run Chatbot on LINE WORKS that they are using within their own organization. The customer and our company will need to set up the installation based on the installation instructions that will be provided separately. The use of LINE WORKS is the responsibility of the customer based on the contract between the customer and Worksmobile Japan K.K., and we assume no responsibility for the use of LINE WORKS.
This service allows customers to run Chatbot on Microsoft Teams used within their own organization. The customer and our company need to set up Chatbot based on the installation instructions that will be provided separately. Please note that you use Microsoft Teams at your own risk based on the contract with Microsoft Corporation, and we will not take any responsibility for your use of Microsoft Teams.
This service provides the dialogue API used for system development necessary to run Chatbot on any system used within the customer's own organization. The latest dialogue API at the time of application for this service is provided. Customers can develop their own system using the dialogue API based on the specifications provided separately. The customer is responsible for the development of the system, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever. There is no limit to the number of systems that can be linked to Chatbot, as long as the system development is done at the customer's own risk.
This service allows external APIs to run on Chatbot. The customer and our company are required to set up the service based on the installation instructions provided separately. The number of external APIs that can be called per one service is limited as specified in the individual quotation. Calls to external APIs that fall under the activities stipulated in "HUE Works Suite / HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Terms of Service Article 13 (Prohibited Matters)" are strictly prohibited.
This service allows you to receive online face-to-face support from our operational support team or AI technical team. Two hours of face-to-face support is available per service.
This service allows for one additional tuning after the "Initial Tuning".
This service allows us to create and edit FAQs that would normally be done by the client. The customer must provide us with the necessary information for the implementation of this service.
This service enables single sign-on with the authentication system used by the customer. Installation must be configured by us and the customer based on the installation instructions provided separately.
This service allows the use of 6 or more contents for FAQ registration (maximum 5 contents in the standard service). Three additional contents can be set up per one set of this service. Installation and configuration by our company is required.
This service allows customers to directly answer questions entered into Chatbot chatbot as an operator. The installation and configuration must be done by our company and the customer based on the installation instructions provided separately. In addition, in order for customer respondents to answer questions using this service, the customer must be using LINE WORKS within their own organization. Please note that the use of LINE WORKS is the responsibility of the client based on the contract between the client and Worksmobile Japan K.K. and that we are not responsible for the use of LINE WORKS.
This service allows the customer to provide the corresponding candidate answers to questions entered into Chatbot, also from within any documents uploaded by the customer in advance. The installation of this service needs to be set up by both our company and the customer based on the installation instructions provided separately.
ChatGPT automatically generates Q&A from any document uploaded by the customer in advance. If you subscribe to this service, you can also use the document search function. Installation setup by our company and the customer is required based on the installation instructions provided separately.
2.4 Environment construction and issuance of management screen password
We will send you the access URL and password for the administration screen to the e-mail address you registered at the time of application in about 3 business days after your application.
Tuning will begin as soon as we receive the registration FAQ from the customer.
2.5 Implementation Support
We will send the initial setup manual, Chatbot operation manual, FAQ, and an e-mail address for inquiries to the e-mail address you registered with us.

2.6 Usage Fees
Initial Setup Fees
Initial setup fee: 500,000 yen (excluding tax)
*Up to 100 registered FAQs. If the number of registered FAQs exceeds this number, an individual estimate will be made.
Standard service】】 Monthly fee: 150,000 yen (excluding tax)
Monthly usage fee: 150,000 yen (excluding tax)
*Number of inquiries per month: up to 15,000. If this number is exceeded, the monthly fee will be 10,000 yen (excluding tax) per 10,000 times automatically charged (this does not include the number of responses such as asking and answering back from Chatbot).

2.7 Method of Calculation and Payment
Chatbot provides the following services as optional services for a separate fee.
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following services shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
Calculation Method
Charges will be incurred from the date of commencement of use of the service as stipulated in the Terms of Service
At the end of each month, we will confirm the number of inquiries and other usage details for the month and determine the monthly fee accordingly.
If the date of commencement of use of the service is in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will be the initial construction fee plus the monthly fee pro-rated on a calendar day basis.
Usage fee for the month = Initial construction fee + {Monthly usage fee - (Monthly usage fee x number of days not used / number of calendar days)}
The number of days from the first day of the month to the day before the start of use of the service will be counted as "days not used.
Example] If you start using the service on January 16
January 16 - January 31 (for 16 days)
= 500,000 + {150,000 yen - (150,000 yen x 15 days / 31 days)}
= 500,000 yen + 77,420 yen
= 577,420 yen (excluding tax)
The pro-rata calculation is made by dividing by the first power and rounding off the decimal point.
In the event of termination of the contract in the middle of the contract period, the usage fee will not be reduced or refunded on a pro-rata basis, and the usage fee will be charged from the date of termination until the expiration date of the contract period in the event that the contract is not terminated.
Payment

2.8 Terms of Provision
Microsoft Azure provided by Microsoft Corporation ("MS") is used to provide Chatbot. Microsoft Azure provided by Microsoft Corporation ("MS") is used to provide Chatbot. In using Chatbot, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Customer Agreement ( https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/ja-JP/productoffering/MicrosoftAzure/MCA ), Azure OpenAI Service.

Supplementary Provisions
The revised Specifications shall be effective as of October 10, 2023.
