Based on the new lease accounting standard draft released in 2023, this tool is used to estimate the impact of converting a contract that is currently off-balance sheet to on-balance sheet. By entering lease payments, lease terms, and discount interest rates for individual contracts, the tool calculates interest and amortization and enables estimation of the impact on BS/PL.
