In order to ensure that internal information is delivered, it is essential not only to introduce tools, but also to design a system that balances control (governance) and retention (continued use).
If the workflow is dispersed and important information is buried in e-mails, the communication becomes a mere formality, and the operation becomes a personalized one. As a result, the maintenance burden on the IT staff tends to grow.
The challenge is to create a system that does not increase the burden on the operation side while improving usability for busy workers.

In this seminar, we will have a presentation by K.M.U., a user company of our groupware ArielAirOne,
to explain the design of information dissemination centered on the company-wide portal, authority design based on HR data linkage, and segregation of duties with M365.
In addition, by standardizing the flow of information and designing how to deliver, show, and find information in an integrated manner, we will introduce how to eliminate waste in information sharing and
achieve both operational efficiency and control.

In 2007, he joined Works Applications, where he worked on the development of HR products before being transferred to Shanghai and Singapore as the head of development, where he established the global business structure. After returning to Japan, he was appointed as the head of SCM product development in 2019 and the general manager of Ariel business headquarters in February 2021, and was appointed as an executive officer in April of the same year.
