Taiyo Life, a member of the T&D Insurance Group consisting of Daido Life and T&D Financial Life, is a life insurance company with strength in the household market and sells protection products (death, medical, and long-term care protection products) as its core products.
Taiyo Life was required to restructure its self-developed property management system in order to respond to market changes and maintain and improve its business foundation in the course of property management. Against this backdrop, the company was considering a new system that would enable centralized management of real estate management operations with the aim of improving operations.

HUE Classic" was selected because it covers a wide range of business requirements unique to large companies and can be handled in a single package.

As a result of selecting a new system, "HUE Classic" was selected based on the following two points.

(1) It is the only real estate management system for major companies that can handle industry-specific requirements with standard functions.

HUE Classic Real Estate Management" can handle complex lease contracts with different payment and calculation methods for rent, common service charges, and utility charges for each contract, as well as special operations such as separate accounting unique to the insurance industry, with its standard functions. HUE Classic Real Estate Management" can realize a series of real estate management operations from lease contracts to billing, payment, and payment for real estate in a single package.
