Background of Introduction

Kumagai Gumi, which has been in business for more than 120 years, had been using a foreign-capital ERP system since 1999 as its core system. However, the maintenance and support costs were extremely high, the service coverage was limited to standard functions, and the response to inquiries was slow. After a sufficient period of time to consider the next core system, we selected an integrated ERP specialized for the construction industry in 2020 after sufficient comparisons with the next-generation ERP provided by a foreign company to address issues such as cost optimization, service level improvement, and lack of industry functions, and we have now selected a new accounting The HUE AC Series was selected as the new accounting system to be integrated with the ERP system.

The following two points were particularly appreciated in the adoption of HUE AC Series.

The requirements for the "HUE AC Series" may be influenced by the status of integrated ERP implementation projects that are currently underway ahead of the project. The high level of business comprehensiveness of the standard package allows us to flexibly respond to unknown requirements, which was highly evaluated by the client.

The "HUE AC Series" has an easy-to-use design similar to a spreadsheet tool, with collaborative editing and comment functions. Journal data can be consolidated and graphical reports and highly flexible analysis functions can be performed within the system. In addition, a variety of templates, such as bar graphs and pie charts, are available, making it easy to create and deploy summary reports for management.
