Since the release of the world's first artificial intelligence ERP "HUE" in December 2015, Works has taken on the challenge of revolutionizing the way major companies work through the cutting-edge technology incorporated in its products and the business know-how of 1,200 user companies. At the same time, based on the product concept of "no customization," which incorporates business functions required by companies in various industries and business categories as standard functions, we are striving to enhance our products through repeated surveys of various industries and development and expansion of functions.
An accounting package for the construction industry that does not exist
In the course of conducting business surveys of various industries, Works also conducted an independent survey of accounting packages for the construction industry. As a result, we found that there were no products that could handle operations unique to the construction industry, such as order management, joint venture management, and subcontractor order management, as well as the multi-tiered organization, mass processing, and automated processing required by large companies, all of which are standard features. At the same time, Kajima was considering updating its accounting system for the next fiscal year, and recognized that it was essential to renew its information processing infrastructure and introduce a system that would take into account technological trends. In addition, considering the operation, maintenance, and functional improvement of the system after its launch, the package should be able to be introduced without additional development as much as possible for the accounting operations of a major construction company. Based on this decision, Kajima decided to adopt the advanced accounting package "HUE.
Generalized implementation of requirements unique to the major construction industry - Aiming to become the standard for construction industry accounting systems
HUE" has been developed with generalized functional requirements specific to the major construction industry so that it can be used by major construction companies without additional development, and now, with the cooperation of Kajima as the first user, HUE will be further enhanced.

By collecting, analyzing, and learning from the vast amount of log data of business operations lying dormant within a company, it predicts users' next actions and suggests the direction in which they should proceed.
By adopting HUE as its next accounting system, Kajima aims to reduce the amount of data entry in its data-intensive accounting operations as much as possible and to improve both data accuracy and business speed. Specifically, the system is expected to improve productivity by suggesting information to be entered based on past voucher contents and automating the entry of huge amounts of invoice data. With "HUE" as a cornerstone, which enables enhanced functions without additional individual development, the company aims not only to enhance its own accounting operations, but also to further strengthen the group management base by establishing a mechanism for collaboration and coordination with group companies.
