1. [Development Positions] (Programming experience not required)

“Transforming the Way People Work in Japan”—You’ll be responsible for developing our proprietary ERP package software for major corporations.

[Become an Engineer Capable of Handling the Entire Product Development Process ‘From 0 to 100’]
You will be responsible for developing new features, improving existing functionality, and maintaining and operating our proprietary “HUE” series and other products.
A key feature of our company is our “Function Owner System,” in which a single engineer is responsible for the entire process—from upstream phases such as “planning and requirements definition” to downstream phases such as “design and development”—in a seamless, end-to-end manner.

Scope of Work: Everything from planning and implementing new features to verifying post-release effectiveness and making improvements.
Technical Environment: Development centered on Java. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on the challenge of developing new features using AI (such as natural language processing).
Key Features: No programming experience required. Through post-hire training and hands-on work, you can grow into a highly marketable engineer.

2. 【Business Positions】.

“Changing the Way People Work in Japan” You will be responsible for consulting and consulting sales for our proprietary ERP package software for major corporations.

[Driving transformations worth hundreds of millions of yen in collaboration with executive leadership]
You will propose and implement IT solutions (ERP) to resolve business challenges for leading Japanese corporations.
What sets our company apart is our “consulting sales” approach—rather than simply selling products, we reevaluate our clients’ business processes themselves, envision the ideal state, and propose solutions based on that vision.

Scope of Work: From identifying business challenges and proposing solutions (through presentations) to driving system implementation projects and supporting their successful adoption.
Clients: Your counterparts will be executives and department heads at major Japanese companies.
Features: Project values range from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen. While the work is challenging, you’ll have the autonomy to drive large-scale business initiatives from an early stage in your career.
