HUE Workflow Trial Service Specification
Definition of this document
This document describes the contents of the cloud services that can be provided by Works Applications, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "HUE") for the trial use of HUE Workflow (hereinafter referred to as "Workflow") by customers. To use Workflow on a trial basis, you must agree to this document and the "Terms of Service for HUE Designated Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service").
In case of any discrepancy between the contents of this document and the Terms of Service, the contents of the Terms of Service shall take precedence.
In the event of any discrepancy between the contents of the Terms of Service and those presented in the past, the latest version of the Terms of Service shall always take precedence.
Workflow Trial Service Overview
Workflow is a workflow service for corporate users. It allows you to create application routes easily with non-programming, helping you to go paperless and improve operational efficiency.
With trial use, the service is available free of charge for 30 days from the trial service start date, up to a maximum of 20 licenses and 60 GB of available capacity.
Workflow is a service for corporate customers. Use is limited to corporations (including public institutions).
Workflow can be used jointly with users belonging to your group companies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "external users"). However, any and all acts related to the use of Workflow by External Users shall be deemed to be acts by you, and you shall be liable to us for any and all violations of the Terms of Service or this document by External Users as violations by you. If we request disclosure of the name and address of the corporation to which the External User belongs, you shall notify us in writing without delay.
2.1 Standard Service Features
Workflow (trial version) provides the following service functions. In addition, we will provide the initial setup work (setup of the usage environment and creation of an administrator account).
The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following functions and initial construction work shall be determined by MESC at its own discretion.

2.2 Environment Setup and Account Issuance
We will send the access URL and initial login ID for the administrator account to the e-mail address registered at the time of application in about one week after the application.
2.3 Support Services
We will send the function manual, administrator manual, and an e-mail address for inquiries to the e-mail address you registered with us. If you have any questions, please contact us at the email address below and we will reply within 3 business days.
2.4 Terms and Conditions

SpreadJS provided by MESCIUS, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "MESCIUS") will be used to provide the Workflow. (hereinafter referred to as "MESCIUS"). In using Workflow, you agree to comply with the "End-User License Agreements For MESCIUS Software" (in the event that the name or content of the license has been changed, the name and content of the license shall be in accordance with the name and content after such change. The latest version can be found at https://developer.mescius.com/legal/eula.) You agree to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement (the "License Agreement"), which must be complied with by users of any software developed using SpreadJS.

You agree to comply with the following terms and conditions when using the integration functionality with third-party services ("Third-Party Service Integration") provided in Workflow. When using the function for linking with a third party service ("Third Party Service Linkage") provided in Workflow, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified by the entity providing the third party service (which terms and conditions may be updated as necessary). (The terms and conditions will be updated as necessary). Third Party Service Linkage does not imply any alliance, cooperation, authorization, or any other cooperative relationship between the Company and the entity providing such Third Party Service, and you shall use such Third Party Service Linkage at your own risk. You agree that we shall not bear any responsibility to you for the provision, non-provision, unavailability, termination of provision during the term of the contract, content of provision, or any other matters related to the Third Party Service Collaboration, and that you shall not cause any trouble to us with respect to any dispute between you and a third party arising from the Third Party Service Collaboration and any other claims and obligations. (2) The customer agrees in advance, without objection, that the Company will not cause any inconvenience to the customer in any dispute between the customer and the third party arising from the third party service linkage and any other claims and obligations.
2.5 End of Trial Period
The free trial period will end on the earlier of the following dates.

Start date of paid service

3 days after the customer requests cancellation of trial use or the date the customer wishes to cancel, whichever is later
You will not be billed automatically after the trial period ends. If you wish to use paid services, please apply for a paid service contract using the form specified by us.

Supplementary Provisions
This document, as amended, shall be effective as of June 4, 2026.
