Works Applications is participating in the "Digital Invoice Promotion Council (EIPA)," which aims to build a digital invoice system that can be commonly used by businesses operating in Japan, as the executive committee member.
Through these activities, we have developed a vision of the future after the spread of digital invoicing, which we have now released as a concept video.
The video shows how the system automatically transmits invoice data, issues a payment request, and completes the payment process automatically. Furthermore, by using the Zengin EDI system (ZEDI) to process payments that include billing information, the video introduces an "input-less" world where collection management is also automated, eliminating the need for input in each operation.
