Project tasks, assignees, and deadlines can be entered with spreadsheet-like ease. During the progress of a project, you can use Gantt charts and Kanban to update time periods and progress in a more intuitive manner. Changes are reflected in real time, allowing other project members to check on them immediately. Management items can be changed or added with simple settings, so they can be customized to suit on-site operations.
Visualize project progress with the analysis function
An analysis function is provided to check the overall completion rate, task allocation and response status for each person in charge, and progress rate on the detail page for each project. Project leaders and team leaders can immediately grasp necessary information.

Is there a limit to the amount of files that can be uploaded to the Project Board?
There is a capacity limit of "Number of contracted licenses x 10GB".
The capacity limit is the total amount of space available to all users.
If the number of licenses is 100, 1000 GB will be shared by all users. -
What is your support system?
For inquiries, we provide e-mail support.
We will provide a primary response to your questions within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays). -
When can I start using the service after application?
About one week after receiving your application, we will prepare an environment exclusively for you and issue an administrator account. Once you receive your account, you can start using the service from that day.

What is required to use the service?
An Internet environment and a computer with a recommended browser are required. No server setup is required.
Recommended browsers: Google Chrome latest stable version (*1)
Microsoft Edge latest stable version (*1)
(*1) Large-scale updates may affect application operation depending on the contents.
If the impact is confirmed by our verification, we will inform you to refrain from using the application.
Support will be terminated without prior notice if vendor support has ended.

What can I do with the free trial, and how do I go about getting a paid subscription afterwards?
Up to 20 users can use the service for free for 30 days.
After the trial ends, there is no automatic transition to a paid subscription. Please contact us if you would like to do so.
If there is no request for transfer to a paid contract after the trial ends, we will discard the data from the trial and the contract will be terminated. -
What are the payment methods and billing timing?
We accept bank transfer and direct debit.
Billing is done through the "MoneyForward Kessai" service provided by MoneyForward Kessai Co.
Payment is due at the end of the month and the following month, and the monthly fee will be charged from the 1st of the following month according to the number of contracted licenses at the end of each month.
