　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that Forest Holdings Corporation (Head Office: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President: Tsugio Yoshimura; hereinafter "FHD") has selected the ACS system from WAP's ERP package software "HUE FHD will consolidate the systems of each subsidiary, which have become complicated due to in-house development, into HUE to achieve stable operation and business efficiency.

Background of the Adoption: From an in-house system to a domestic package that is easy to operate.

　FHD had been operating an in-house developed system for 18 years, but as a result of repeated partial development by each subsidiary for each business area, the system had become complex, and future maintainability and lack of human resources for operation had become issues. HUE was selected because of its ability to cover the complex requirements of the existing system with standard functions and to ensure stable operations.

Expected Effects: Improved operational efficiency through system consolidation

　FHD aims to improve operational efficiency by centralizing the entire group's systems and managing them on a common platform. As a first step, we will first consolidate part of the AC and SCM domains into HUE. In particular, the SCM domain includes business processes unique to the pharmaceutical wholesale industry in its standard functions, and is expected to realize smooth ordering and receiving operations while complying with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
