M.W. is involved in the planning and management of the User Committee, an organization that facilitates the exchange of ideas and information among customers, which is important for our product, which offers a wealth of standardized functionality and can be used by companies with complex business processes without customization.
We asked him what he keeps in mind every day in order to conduct activities that are beneficial to our many customers.

The User Committee is an important forum for creating products together with our customers.

As a member of the Customer Experience Department, I am in charge of planning and managing the User Committee. The User Committee is an organization that promotes the improvement of our customers' operational efficiency through the sharing of information and exchange of opinions among customers and between customers and us.
Through the User Committee, it is possible to exchange information with other companies with whom we do not have many opportunities to interact on a regular basis on how to utilize their systems and business know-how. We believe that this is possible because our products are equipped with a wide variety of business requirements and business practices as standard, and our rich functions allow users to configure the system to suit the business processes of each customer. We hold a regular meeting once a year for all members of the User Committee, and we also plan user meetings in various forms, such as by business type and industry, or by theme, such as business issues and legal revisions.
When we hold a large event such as a regular meeting, we have a lot of work to do, from content planning to preparation and day-of operation. In such situations, we manage the event while communicating the purpose of the request, its importance, and what we want to see addressed in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to the people involved.

Always remembering to look at things from the user's point of view and to consider things from the customer's perspective.

Customer As I work in a department called "Satisfaction," which strives to improve customer satisfaction, I am always conscious of "looking at things from the customer's point of view" in my work.
For example, even in a single expression on a document, I always try to think about things from the customer's point of view, such as "to whom is it directed," "does that expression really convey the meaning to the customer," and "in essence, is that information really what the customer wants?
The User Committee is open to customers of all our products, so we try to provide useful information to as many customers as possible. I sometimes find it difficult to think about what would be beneficial to our many customers, but I try to improve my ability to assume by acquiring business knowledge of various industries and sectors and by keeping abreast of current issues.

We value the connections between people. We are encouraged by the feedback we receive from our customers.

What I value every day is "communicating directly with people.
Whether it is with a customer or a person within the company, I believe that by having a face-to-face conversation and communicating with them, I can get to know them and they can get to know me.
In a world full of convenient communication tools, we try not to rely too much on them, but to conduct our business while valuing human connections.
In fact, I sometimes have the opportunity to greet customers directly at user meetings and subsequent get-togethers, and it is very rewarding to hear comments such as, "That was very informative," or "I hope you will hold this event again.

We will strengthen the system to reflect the feedback gathered by the User Committee in our products.

In order to change the concept of "work" and make work a more creative activity, as stated in our corporate philosophy, we have no choice but to continue improving the quality of our Products / Services to meet the needs of our customers and the changing times.
We believe that the User Committee is the best place to gather the opinions of our customers, which are indispensable for this purpose. We already have a system in place to reflect the feedback gathered by the User Committee in product enhancements, and I feel it is my mission to further strengthen this system in the future. I believe that it is precisely because we are a company that allows us to carry out our daily work with this kind of mission and purpose in mind.
Our company has a culture that encourages us to discover new challenges and take action to solve them, so it is an environment where we never work in a way that just completes a given mission.
Every day is a challenge, but I would like to create my own work with purpose and logic, and contribute to the realization of further user-first services.
