M.F. is responsible for planning sales strategies for HUE Asset, which he was involved in developing, and feeding back customer requests to the product, while utilizing his in-depth knowledge of the product he has cultivated as a developer.
We asked M.F., who is determined to "further accelerate the mechanism to reflect customers' voices in our products," about his passion for his job and what he finds rewarding about it.

I am tackling a new mission by utilizing my knowledge of both development and business operations.

Since I joined the company, I have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as developing new functions for the fixed asset management system, defining requirements, developing the product infrastructure, improving the UI/UX of the product, responding to inquiries from customers, and managing the development team.
Currently, I am working in a position that allows me to utilize my experience in a variety of products and operations while keeping my focus on development. Specifically, my role involves analyzing detailed characteristics of products and formulating sales strategies that are not available to salespeople, who propose proposals based on a bird's-eye view of all products, and accompanying salespeople to listen to customer feedback and provide feedback on products. I feel that my mission is to establish a way to properly communicate the attractiveness of the product and to feed customer feedback back into the product so that more customers will use "HUE Asset" in the future.

I want to deliver products that I put my heart and soul into. I am grateful for an environment where I can make the most of my abilities.

In fact, the reason I was assigned to this role was that I had discussed with my supervisor that I wanted to work on marketing the product myself. HUE Asset is a product that I was involved in developing until last year, and I am confident in its quality and functionality.
However, no matter how much effort I put into the product, if it is not used, it cannot create value in the world. For this reason, I wanted to work in a job where I can utilize my knowledge as a developer and market products.
The Asset Dept. to which I belong is an organization that emphasizes teamwork and mutual support, but at the same time has a culture that respects the individuality and will of each employee. I am very grateful for the environment that supports my challenges and gives me a place where I can demonstrate my abilities.

Sharing benefits and solving problems as a team. The excitement of our customers is what makes our work worthwhile.

I am given opportunities to work on a variety of tasks, but what is important to me no matter what I am doing is to "write a catalog" of the tasks I am working on. A "catalog" is a term we often use when developing functions, and it is the equivalent of a general "proposal.
It is not only about "what to make" and "what to do," but also expresses the "benefits" that can be realized by the project, just like a catalog for an electrical appliance. When a team of several people is engaged in a difficult task such as development, it is easy to get caught up in past successes and individual sensibilities, and discussions can become spineless or lose sight of the ideal. However, we believe that by drawing what we want to achieve in a document on a merit basis and sharing it with others, we can create something truly good and convenient for the customer and all concerned.
Through this kind of trial and error, we have received many positive feedback from our customers that the products and tools we have designed and developed are actually "convenient! Wow! I feel very happy as a developer when customers are impressed by the products and tools we have designed and developed through such trial and error.

I aim to identify the essence of our customers' needs and develop products with all my heart.

The systems provided by Works Applications are designed to incorporate and generalize a wide variety of business requirements and business practices needed by companies, regardless of industry or business type. Although there are some customers for whom the functions of the first version simply do not fit, by incorporating and updating the operations and know-how of many customers, we have created a product that can be used by customers with complex business processes without the need for individual customization or add-ons, and with only a simple configuration. Therefore, it can be said that our product is a system that grows with the voices of our customers.
In the future, I believe that we must listen more closely to our customers' opinions and reflect them in our products, while proposing our own products.
Also, when incorporating customer opinions into product features, I believe that we must determine the essence of the issue, such as "Why is this feature needed?
I would like to continue to contribute to our customers by improving our products by facing each and every opinion with all my heart and commitment.
