(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Inoue; hereinafter “Kyokuyo”) has decided to upgrade to and further adopt WAP’s cloud-based ERP system for large enterprises, “HUE.”Kyokuyo will integrate its accounting, cash management, and expense management functions by introducing “HUE” into its cash management and expense reimbursement areas and upgrading its existing accounting and accounts receivable/payable systems to “HUE,” thereby promoting the standardization and efficiency of its operational infrastructure.

[Background of Adoption] Integrating the operational infrastructure through consolidation into “HUE”

　Kyokuyo, a company operating in the fisheries industry, began considering a system overhaul following the expiration of the maintenance period for its cash management system server. Previously, manual processes associated with Excel-based management and delays in updating information had been major challenges.During the evaluation process, the company highly valued the convenience of “HUE Classic,” which it was already using for accounting and accounts receivable/payable functions, and therefore decided to adopt “HUE” as its new cash management system.In addition, the company will upgrade its existing accounting and accounts receivable/payable systems to “HUE” and integrate the expense reimbursement system—which had been under separate consideration—into “HUE” as well, thereby achieving a unified operational foundation.
