Keynote Speech
■Title
Next Generation Growth Strategies in the AI Era
■Speaker
Takashi Nawa, Professor, Kyoto University of Advanced Sciences, Visiting Professor, Hitotsubashi Business School
■Outline
With the future uncertain, management is required to open up the future based on perspicuity. Generative AI is expected to exert great power in achieving such discontinuous growth. To achieve this, we need to position generative AI as a partner in value co-creation, rather than simply replacing existing operations with digital ones. At the same time, the key is for humans to evolve through "generative learning. This presentation will advocate such a management model that will drive next-generation growth in the AI era.

CIO Lounge President Mr. Yajima will moderate the session, and Mr. Narita, CIO of Nissin Foods Holdings, Inc. The session will look at the realities of decision-making in advancing corporate transformation, including field-led transformation and the establishment of AI utilization.
Beyond AI: Toward Essential Transformation
