　As announced in the press release of February 24, "Works Applications Merges Two Subsidiaries, Transforming to 'Offensive' by Unifying the Group and Achieving Steady Results in Management and Business Transformation" *, effective April 1, 2011, the Company will merge its wholly owned subsidiaries Works Applications Enterprises, Inc. As announced in the "Steady Results of Management and Business Transformation" *, as of April 1, 2010, the Company completed the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Works Applications Enterprise and Works Applications Systems.

　The merger marks the final stage of a flexible and successful management and business transformation in response to changes in the business environment and other factors. This merger is the final stage of that process. In order to realize the three pillars of creating the best products, providing the best service, and executing the strongest sales strategy, the functional organizations that had been divided among the group companies were reorganized into the Product Company, Customer Success & Service Company, and Sales & Marketing Company. amp;amp; Marketing Company.

We will use the merger as an opportunity to improve management efficiency and accelerate our "aggressive" stance while continuing to maintain our firm stance. We will further meet the expectations of our various stakeholders, including customers, society, and employees.

Effective April 1, the following changes will be made to the management structure.
