 (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as "WAP") announced today that effective April 1, 2023 (scheduled), it will merge its wholly owned subsidiaries Works Applications Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "WAPE") and Works Applications Systems, Inc. (WAPE) and Works Applications Systems Corporation (WAPS), effective April 1, 2023 (scheduled). By restarting as a unified WAP, we will shift to "aggressive" management and accelerate the speed of growth. After the merger, there will be no change in the products / Services offered by the WAP Group, or in the current contractual arrangements and support system with customers.

 Over the past several years, we have been flexibly transforming our management and business operations in response to changes in the environment and the characteristics and stage of development of each of our businesses. As a result, we have achieved steady results, including stabilization of the Group's financial base, a healthy profit structure, and a steady recovery in the reputation and trust of our customers. In addition to these circumstances, following the completion of the management buyout of Works Applications Frontier Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of WAP, which was announced on December 16, 2022, and after a renewed review based on the subsequent group structure, we have decided to reorganize the company to streamline organizational operations and improve efficiency. In light of the management buyout of Works Applications Frontier Inc.

 The merger of the two wholly owned subsidiaries by WAP is expected to further strengthen cooperation between business units and improve efficiency in the use of management capital. The combined WAP will create more surprises, excitement, and excitement than ever before with its technology, Products / Services to all stakeholders, including customers.
