How to promote procurement and purchasing reforms that bring new value to management

~MVVV Formulation and Overall Reform Promotion

Wednesday, 2026/05/13 from 14:00

Recently, the environment surrounding purchasing departments has become increasingly severe due to soaring raw material costs and supply chain disruptions.
With the urgent need to "reduce costs" and "ensure on-time delivery," as well as "ESG compliance" and "utilization of AI," many companies are probably being forced to "play whack-a-mole" in order to deal with the issues at hand.

In this seminar, Mr. Naohiro Nomachi of Fortiens Consulting, a leading procurement and purchasing consulting firm, will give a thorough explanation of the reform of purchasing organizations based on the "ideal state" (
).

He will present a method of restructuring procurement strategies by raising the perspective from solving immediate problems and working backward from the "Mission, Vision, and Value" of the company.
Using examples from leading companies, we will present a roadmap for transforming your company into a "self-driven next-generation purchasing organization" that is linked to your mid-term management plan, and in which the front line thinks and acts autonomously.
