In this issue of "ERP Tech Journal" series, we will report on the latest technology trends for ERP innovation in Japanese companies.
This issue focuses on the use of MDM (Master Data Management).
One of the factors hindering ERP renewal is "poor maintenance of master data.
Black boxes of specifications and scattered master data due to years of customization have become a major risk that leads to stagnation in requirement definition and project delays.
In this seminar, Mr. Satoshi Mizutani, MDM Evangelist of NTT DOCOMO Business X, will explain the MDM preemptive strategy for successful ERP implementation and renewal.
He will organize practical issues such as "missing design information" and "poorly maintained data" that often occur when implementing or renewing ERP.
He will explain how to improve the certainty of the entire project by implementing MDM in the pre-transition phase and preparing a company-wide data infrastructure, rather than putting these issues off until later.
In the latter half of the seminar, we will discuss what kind of ERP should be used to realize the business requirements and business processes that have been organized through MDM.
This 60-minute seminar will focus on how to develop and utilize the characteristics of "data" in Japanese companies.
