Commentary on legal changes/trends

Not only identification of leases, but also "beyond" issues that can cause stumbling blocks in practice.

-Taxation/Tax Effects and Subleasing, a Practical Course to Answer Questions in the Field

Tuesday, 2025/06/03 16:00 -

Six months have passed since the release of the new lease accounting standard, and many companies are working on the calculation of the impact of the new lease accounting standard and the issues involved.
While some companies have made progress in studying typical issues such as "identification of leases," many companies have yet to fully study issues such as "tax/tax effects of new lease accounting," for which the Tax Reform Proposal at the end of last year indicated a policy of tax revenue and tax expense discrepancy, and "subleases," which are treated as lessors but have a large impact on the accounting treatment.

In this seminar video, Mr. Keisuke Shirai, CPA Learning instructor and "CPA youtuber" will be invited to
focus on "Taxation/Tax Effects of New Lease Accounting" and "Subleases" and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner with a dialogue format.
In addition, the seminar will introduce "HUE Asset" from Works Applications, which has already announced product support for "Tax/Tax Effects" and "Subleases", and
will also provide time for the lecturer to directly answer questions from participants.

Recommended for

  • Those who are involved in projects to apply the new lease accounting standard
  • Looking for a better understanding of tax/tax-effect accounting and subleasing, including inter-group leases?
  • Those looking for a system to support the new lease accounting
