Business Problem Solving

A Practical Guide to Achieving Purchasing DX

~The key points for selecting a system for each of your problems will be explained.

2024/09/05 (Thu) 16:00~

In recent years, as issues such as a shortage of purchasing and procurement personnel, the specialization of work, and cost reductions in indirect materials have become more important, an increasing number of companies are considering the introduction or replacement of systems to promote "Purchasing DX"
.
However, many companies are troubled that "Purchasing DX is not progressing well" or "the effects are not being realized" even after implementing a system.
The reason for this may be that they have not introduced a system that meets their objectives, or they have chosen the wrong solution.

In this seminar video, Mr. Sasaki of Alpha Purchase and Mr. Fujiwara of Works Applications discuss
the challenges and objectives of purchasing operations and explain how to find the optimal solution.
In the latter half of the video, we will introduce the solutions of each company and case studies of companies that are actually promoting purchasing DX.

We hope to provide useful information for those in charge of purchasing operations and those promoting purchasing DX. Please take a look.
