What is the system renewal strategy from a management perspective to overcome the "2025 cliff"?

2023/11/20 (Mon.) 14:00~

In recent years, the integration of business and IT has become increasingly important, but the path to DX promotion faces a major barrier: the "2025 cliff.
While many companies are struggling with the maintenance and operation of existing systems that have become complex, outdated, and black boxed,
system renewal has been a difficult process, and the introduction of IT tools has stopped at the "digitalization" stage, and full-scale DX promotion has not been undertaken.

In this seminar, we will take an in-depth look at the "2025 cliff" issue, the biggest barrier to DX promotion, from a management perspective.
Two consultants who are familiar with the actual situation of DX promotion in Japanese companies will explain the specifics of the "cliff" and
the strategies and actions that management and those responsible for DX promotion can take to overcome this barrier.

In the latter half of the seminar, we will also introduce HUE, a domestic flagship ERP that goes beyond mere business efficiency improvement to achieve essential business reform.

Recommended for

  • For Management Leaders to Promote ERP Renewal/Introduction
  • DX promotion department managers who are the flag-bearers of ERP renewal/implementation
  • For those in charge of information system divisions and managers
