Fukuoka Bank, a Top Regional Bank, Adopts "HUE Classic" AC Series to Promote Integrated Group Management with a View to Shared Services
Fukuoka Bank is one of the oldest regional banks in Japan, descended from The Seventeenth Bank, which was established in 1877 as the first bank in Kyushu. Established in 2007 through the business merger of three banks, Fukuoka Bank, Kumamoto Family Bank (currently Kumamoto Bank), and Shinwa Bank, it is the core bank of the Fukuoka Financial Group, the top regional bank* with over 7,000 employees, providing sophisticated and diverse financial services in Fukuoka Prefecture and throughout Kyushu. The bank is a core bank of the Fukuoka Financial Group,* a top regional bank with over 7,000 employees. The bank considered revamping its system because the existing databases of the three group banks' existing systems were not unified, making it difficult to manage information in a unified manner, making integrated group management difficult, systemizing the management of leased real estate and compensation rewards in response to the My Number requirement, and centralizing operations at the head office.

Adopted "HUE Classic" for group integrated management in anticipation of future shared use
Fukuoka Bank selected "HUE Classic" with a view to future shared service operations across the entire group.
The following two points were particularly important in the selection process.
1. Integrated group management (centralization of operations at headquarters) is possible.
HUE Classic," which enables group integrated management, allows each branch office to concentrate on sales operations by centralizing operations such as preparation of payment records and management of leased real estate to the head office.
In addition, many companies have adopted "HUE Classic" as a shared infrastructure, and the system can flexibly accommodate future sharing.
2. Permanent support with fixed maintenance fees
The bank has been using the COMPANY HR Series as its integrated HR system since 2003, and its more than 10 years of operational experience with Works' maintenance support (Guarantee Maintenance Service), which incurs no additional costs other than the fixed maintenance fee, was also highly evaluated. The system can respond to changes in the internal environment, such as internal systems, as well as changes in the external environment, such as legal revisions, free of charge, and will also respond to the recent My Number system at no additional cost.
With the introduction of "HUE Classic," Fukuoka Bank aims to improve branch sales productivity by centralizing operations at the head office and to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the overall strength of the group through group-wide sharing.
Works will continue to support Fukuoka Bank in its efforts to improve the efficiency of its information investment through integrated group management and shared services.
