2023
Received the Minister of State for Regional Development Award in the "Prevention of Job Turnover, Recruitment and Training of Local Human Resources, and Promotion of Work Location" category at the "Telework Awards for Regional Development 2023".
The "Telework for Regional Development Award (Minister of State for Regional Development Award)" recognizes and promotes awareness of companies and organizations that are engaged in telework for regional development, which contributes to regional revitalization by accelerating the flow of people to the regions, such as increasing the number of people involved through immigration without changing jobs and work location, and establishing regional satellite offices for Tokyo-based companies. The awards are given to companies and organizations that have made outstanding efforts in this area. Our company received the Minister of State for Regional Development Award as a company that has made outstanding efforts.

We received the "Runner-up Award in the Corporate Category" at the 3rd WOMAN's VALUE AWARD, an award in which female students vote for companies and individuals that promote the advancement of women. This is the second time for us to receive this award, following the "Excellence Award" in the ICT category last year.

Selected as one of the "100 Telework Pioneers
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has designated companies and organizations that have been promoting the introduction and utilization of telework as "telework pioneers" since fiscal year 2015, and has announced the "100 Telework Pioneers" from among those companies and organizations with a good track record. A panel of outside experts reviews the "Telework Pioneers" and the "100 Telework Pioneers" to determine which companies and organizations are worthy of inclusion.
We implemented telework for all of our offices in Japan and overseas, and approximately 98% of our employees teleworked during the declared state of emergency. We are promoting both new ways of working and revitalization of communication, and about 75% of our employees responded in an internal survey that they have improved or maintained their productivity compared to the pre-telework period.
