for improving work efficiency

Research and development of Chatbot for various business scenarios

We are working on solving various technical issues to realize a secretarial bot that improves work efficiency by performing various troublesome tasks on behalf of the user, such as FAQ bot to improve the efficiency of internal help desk operations, Scheduler bot and TalentSearch bot to handle internal coordination tasks on behalf of the user.

Research and development of input
response technology to improve input work efficiency

We are researching and developing "input-less" technology to reduce to the utmost limit the burden of user input in all kinds of daily input tasks, such as information retrieval and application work.

In addition to natural language processing, we are also conducting research and development of image processing (OCR) technology to achieve input-less input.

Research and development of AI functions to improve productivity
using corporate data

Many companies have accumulated a wide variety of data, but are not making effective use of it.

We are conducting research and development of AI functions to improve productivity by utilizing data stored within companies. For example, we are developing technologies for discovering knowledge from large data sets to improve meeting efficiency by analyzing scheduler logs, to suggest effective ways to use facilities, and to propose new communication styles by analyzing people-to-people networks.

Research and development of NLP platform technology

We are conducting research and development of Japanese NLP platform technology to realize various AI functions with high accuracy.

We are developing fundamental technologies for practical Japanese language processing, such as development of large-scale lexical Japanese morphological analysis, development of Japanese synonym dictionary and research and development of large-scale Japanese word vectors, and releasing some of the results as OSS under a commercially available license.
released as OSS in August 2017 Japanese morphological analyzer "Sudachi" is used by many researchers and developers for both research and commercial use.
