HUE Works Suite Workflow Trial Service Specification

Definition of this document

This document describes the cloud services available from Works Applications Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Works Applications") for customers using HUE Works Suite Workflow (hereinafter referred to as "Workflow") on a trial basis, Workflow trial users are required to agree to the contents of this document and the "HUE Works Suite / HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Terms of Service".

In the event of any discrepancy between this document and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of service and those previously presented, the most recent version of the terms of service will always take precedence.

Workflow Trial Service Overview

Workflow is a workflow service for corporate users. It allows users to easily create application routes with non-programming, helping them to go paperless and improve operational efficiency.

With trial use, you can use the service free of charge for 30 days from the trial service start date, up to a maximum of 20 licenses and 60 GB of available capacity.

Workflow is a service for corporate customers. Use is limited to corporations (including public institutions).

Workflow can be used jointly with users belonging to your group companies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "external users"). However, any and all acts related to the use of Workflow by External Users shall be deemed to be acts by you, and you shall be liable to us for any and all violations of the Terms of Service or this document by External Users as violations by you. In the event that we request disclosure of the name and address of the legal entity to which the External User belongs, you shall notify us in writing without delay.

2.1 Standard Service Features

Workflow (trial version) provides the following service functions. In addition, we will provide the initial setup work (setup of the usage environment and creation of an administrator account).

The specifications, quality, and all other details of the following functions and initial setup work shall be determined by the Company at its own discretion.

    • IP Address Restrictions
  • User Functions
    • Applications
    • Approval, Referral, Rejection, Pending
    • Document information display (displays documents by status, such as temporarily stored, pending, processed, etc.)
    • Reporting (report application details in aggregate)
    • Data pipeline (create masters by importing CSV files)
    • Notification (sending bell and email notifications when requesting approval or when approval is complete)

2.2 Environment Setup and Account Issuance

We will send the access URL and initial login ID for the administrator account to the e-mail address registered at the time of application in about one week after the application.

2.3 Support Services

We will send the function manual, administrator manual, and an e-mail address for inquiries to the e-mail address you registered with us. If you have any questions, please contact us at the email address below and we will reply within 3 business days.

2.4 Terms and Conditions

  • Workflow is provided by SpreadJS, a service provided by GrapeCity, Inc. ("GC") is used to provide Workflow. In using Workflow, you agree to abide by the "End-User License Agreement For GrapeCity SpreadJS Software" (if the name or content of the agreement has been changed, the name and content of the agreement shall be in accordance with the changed name and content) as prescribed by GC. The latest version can be found at https://www .grapecity.com/legal/eula.) You agree to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions of the "Agreement For GrapeCity SpreadJS Software" (the "Agreement"), which are to be complied with by users of software developed using SpreadJS.
  • When you use the integration function with third-party services provided with Workflow (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Service Integration"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. When using the integration function with a third party service ("Third Party Service Integration") provided with Workflow, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified by the entity that provides the third party service (such terms and conditions will be updated as necessary). (The terms and conditions will be updated as necessary). Third Party Service Linkage does not imply any alliance, cooperation, authorization, or any other cooperative relationship between the Company and the entity providing such Third Party Service, and you shall use such Third Party Service Linkage at your own risk. You agree that we shall not bear any responsibility to you for the provision, non-provision, unavailability, termination of provision during the term of the contract, content of provision, or any other matters related to the Third Party Service Collaboration, and that you shall not cause any trouble to us with respect to any dispute between you and a third party arising from the Third Party Service Collaboration or any other claims and liabilities relationship. GrapeCity and SpreadCity shall not be liable to you in any way for any termination or provision of the services during the contract period or any other matters.

2.5 End of Trial Period

The free trial period will end on the earlier of the following dates.

  1. Date 30 days after trial service start date
  2. Start date of paid service
  3. 3 days after the customer requests cancellation of trial use or the date the customer wishes to cancel, whichever is later

You will not be billed automatically after the trial period ends. If you wish to use paid services, please apply for a paid service contract using the form specified by us.

Supplementary Provisions

The revised specifications will be effective as of April 1, 2023.
