　At the beginning of the event, Hata touched on the steady sales growth in the first half of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and reflected on the fact that "the first half of the year was a period in which the foundations for an offensive strategy were put in place. He also explained the importance of accelerating the improvement of "return on invested human capital (ROIHC)" through the promotion of AX, against the backdrop of the structural social issue of labor shortage that Japan is facing. 2 2. Hands-on New Year's Party to Celebrate the New Year at Four Locations Nationwide

　The New Year's party was held in late January at four sites in Tokyo, Osaka, Kumamoto, and Tokushima, and was attended by approximately 600 employees in Japan. At the Tokyo site, in addition to a lion dance to wish for good health and good fortune in the New Year, participants were able to try their hand at pounding rice cakes with a pestle and mortar, and enjoyed a powerful tuna dismemberment show.
