 (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") has released the "Human Capital Report "Clip" 2025," which focuses on investments in human capital. The report introduces both quantitative and qualitative measures taken by each employee to "transform work into creativity and make work enjoyable.

A system that supports individual challenge and growth

 WAP defines "critical workers*1" as people who see the essence, solve problems, and create new value, and positions them as our most important intangible assets. Through our human capital strategy, which integrates recruitment, training, and working environment design, we are seeing results such as higher sales and engagement scores per employee, lower retirement rates, and an increase in the number of new hires. In addition to a training system centered on the challenge of challenging work, the environment that we have developed over the years, including hybrid work, health support, and systems that support balancing work and childcare, has become the foundation for maximizing the power of our critical workers.

*1: "Critical Worker" is an image of the kind of human resources WAP seeks, who are responsible for "essential problem solving. The name "Clip" implies the meaning of uniting "critical workers" with concepts, measures, and results.
