WAP Holds Annual Meeting for Users
Sharing HUE and Ariel Application Case Studies at User Lectures and Roundtable Discussions

(HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") held the annual regular meeting of its "User Committee" (hereinafter "UC"), consisting of user companies, in Tokyo on November 20, 2025 and online on November 27, 2025. In all, 63 corporations and organizations/104 people attended the meeting, where practical information was actively exchanged among users. In the participants' questionnaire, the overall satisfaction rate of the meeting was highly evaluated at 98.5%.

Part I: Keynote content: Lecture on the Outlook of the AI Era
The 30th meeting was opened with a greeting by Mr. Hori of Japan Airport Building Corporation, the UC Executive Committee. Representative Director Hata then spoke about WAP's growth strategy and future challenges in the age of AI.
Mr. Kurihara of Keio University, a leading researcher on AI in Japan and abroad, gave a guest lecture on "What kind of human resources will be required in the coming symbiotic society between humans and AI? Mr. Kurihara of Keio University, a leading researcher on AI in Japan and abroad, spoke about the need to utilize AI not only for efficiency but also for innovation. He suggested that there is currently a concern of an AI bubble, and that education and challenges for the realization of next-generation AI are important in the future.
Part II: User Lectures Sharing of Product-specific Application Cases
Divided into separate halls for each product, WAP's respective business managers first reported on their future business plans and development policies. Then, user companies introduced specific examples of their utilization of the products.
The sharing of real-world knowledge from user companies and learning that is directly related to practical business is a major value of the UC.

HUE Upgrading Started with System Compliance - Ingenuity and Future Steps for Retention"
Aijinkai Social Healthcare Corporation upgraded from HUE Classic to HUE to improve operational efficiency and standardization, taking the opportunity of server renewal and system support. During the migration, the company prevented on-site confusion by checking the differences in screen items and conducting a step-by-step verification, and reflected the feedback received at the on-site explanatory meetings held prior to the migration to ensure smooth implementation. The introduction of Ariel has produced a wide range of results, including a reduction in the burden of slip entry and monthly processing, a reduction in man-hours required for terminal management, and improved analysis efficiency through multidimensional balance inquiries.

Business Reforms Achieved with Ariel: Efforts to Integrate Master and Improve On-Site Operations
Art Nature Co., Ltd. renewed its groupware to "Ariel" in 2017, and achieved operational efficiency through master integration and system consolidation. Duplicate management was eliminated through integration with the human resource system, and the login environment was unified through Ariel consolidation of workflow and claims management. The claims management application from customers has contributed to reducing the burden of registration and speeding up information sharing. Approval speed has also been improved by reviewing the approval flow and converting paper applications to an application. He also talked about the department-led improvements such as portal optimization, integration with other companies' services, and use of RPA, and said that Ariel has become firmly established as a business infrastructure.

Part III: Roundtable Discussion and Reception
After the lecture, a round-table discussion was held to discuss operational issues and innovations in utilization of WAP products based on common assumptions, taking advantage of the fact that WAP products are provided with no customization. At the reception, a demonstration corner was set up to show the latest AI functions and legal revisions, and participants actively exchanged opinions with WAP developers. Mini-games and other activities were also included in the program, deepening interaction among participants and creating a friendly atmosphere throughout the event.
WAP will continue to support learning and networking among user companies and further develop UC activities as a community that maximizes product value.
