Nishimatsu Corporation launches company-wide use of the general-purpose workflow "ArielAirOne"
Consolidates 400 forms to improve operational efficiency and convenience

2025/12/04

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that Nishimatsu Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masakazu Hosokawa; hereinafter "Nishimatsu Construction") has launched company-wide use of WAP's workflow and development platform, ArielAirOne Framework (hereinafter "Ariel"). (Ariel), a WAP workflow and development platform.
Using Ariel, Nishimatsu has consolidated approximately 400 types of requests for approvals and requests for inquiries into a single application. This has significantly reduced the burden of maintenance and operation of the approval flow, and by deploying the application in line with on-site operations, the company has improved operational efficiency and convenience throughout the entire company.

Background of Introduction] Reviewing the foundation of application operations

Nishimatsu Corporation, which is involved in a wide variety of construction projects in Japan and overseas, had been facing operational issues with other companies' low-code development tools, such as the large number of forms and the need to make changes when organizational changes were made, as well as the fact that approval notifications were limited to once a day.
In light of these issues, we decided to review the application infrastructure in an integrated manner in conjunction with a large-scale replacement of the accounting system. The flexible low-code development environment and the ability to handle a wide variety of forms were highly evaluated, leading to the decision to introduce Ariel.

Effect of Introduction] Improved convenience by consolidating forms and deploying applications onsite.

With the introduction of Ariel, administrators were able to consolidate approximately 400 types of requests for approvals and requests for enquiries into a single application, and the review of department code management facilitated maintenance at the time of organizational changes. For users, approval notifications are now immediate, making it easier to notice approval requests, and the applicant is also notified after final approval, eliminating the need to confirm the results. This has greatly improved operational efficiency and convenience.
Furthermore, the convenience of the system has been further enhanced with the development of applications such as "Payroll Contribution Ratio Registration," "Design Request," and "Estimate Request. WAP's development support services were utilized in the introduction of these applications to ensure smooth application design and deployment in line with business operations. Currently, a total of approximately 2,000 people in Japan and overseas are using the system. Application data is linked to the HUE accounting system, so the process from application to accounting is consistently linked, contributing to improved operational efficiency and convenience.

The Ariel system has enabled us to consolidate approximately 400 forms and to establish a foundation that can easily accommodate future organizational changes. The real-time approval notifications have made it possible for us to provide a better service to our clients. The real-time approval notifications have increased convenience for both approvers and applicants. Another factor in our success was that WAP's development support enabled us to design an application that is suited to actual operations. We will continue to expand the use of Ariel to improve operational efficiency.
