Kyohokai Visits WAP Kumamoto Office
Exchange of Opinions as a Place to Learn about Regional Development and Human Capital Management

 (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as "WAP") announces that the "Kyohokai" (over 200 member companies; Chairman: Special Advisor to Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (Chairman: Special Advisor to Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the work style and human resource development initiatives at the regional office, which was made possible by WAP's receipt of the "Telework Award for Regional Development" for fiscal 2023.

 After introducing WAP's human capital management, work style at the Kumamoto office, and regional symbiosis activities, a workshop was held between Kyofukai participants and Kumamoto office employees. Participants exchanged opinions on the themes of "work-life balance" and "corporate integration," and lively exchanges and new insights were generated toward the realization of the Kyohokai's goal of sustainability.

WAP's Human Capital Management Initiatives
