10/28/2025
(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that Nihon University (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Mariko Hayashi; hereinafter "Nihon University") has implemented the "HUE Workflow" workflow system provided by WAP throughout the university and has begun full-scale operations. The system has already been implemented and is in full operation for approximately 4,000 employees. The system is already in use by approximately 4,000 staff members across the university, and is expected to improve operational efficiency and reduce paper usage by more than 100,000 sheets per year.

Background of the introduction: Reliability that can be applied to large-scale organizations.
Nihon University, the largest educational corporation in Japan, has set DX promotion as a priority issue as part of its mid-term management reform, and has been promoting "paperless", "visualization of business processes", and "business improvement and efficiency". A workflow system was considered as a means of achieving these goals.
HUE Workflow was chosen because of its reliability, which is proven by its track record of implementation at large universities and major corporations, and its API integration with other systems to reduce the maintenance burden.
Effects of introduction: Improved operational efficiency and strengthened internal controls
Nihon University had been faced with the issues of the workload caused by circulating a large number of approval documents on paper and the need for employees to come to the office for approval work. In addition, the API integration with the human resource system has led to improvements in the entire organization's operations by streamlining the management of approval authority and approval flow.
< HUE Workflow has enabled us to visualize the approval flow and progress status, in addition to making the approval process paperless. HUE Workflow is easy to use and has been deployed smoothly to the staff, and we are planning to use it on a scale of 20,000 people, including faculty members, to further improve efficiency.
