(WAP; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) has released the latest version of its cloud ERP for leading enterprises, HUE, on July 2, 2025. This update includes multiple new AI functions to support business automation. By integrating AI into the entire advanced business processes of Japanese companies, the next evolution of ERP will be presented. All new functions will be provided as a free version upgrade at no additional cost.

Toward an ERP in which "AI" functions naturally

　HUE is an ERP optimized for AI with a design concept that allows business operations to be configured with standard functions and a unified data structure. This update incorporates AI into the practical processes of input, confirmation, and decision making, simultaneously increasing operational efficiency and accuracy without users having to be aware of the operations.

HUE evolves with AI based on "on-site knowledge

　HUE's AI functions have been developed based on WAP's 30 years of experience in dealing with the complex and sensitive operations of Japanese companies. Under the policy of "no customization" and "free version upgrade," HUE has evolved by incorporating feedback from the field as standard features and constantly absorbing the business itself. This update leverages this accumulation to realize an evolution in which AI not only supports operations, but also supports the operations of each department by entering more naturally and deeply into the process.

　These AIs are embedded within HUE and designed to move operations forward without the user having to be aware of ERP screen operations, report creation, and other operations.

Combining Stability, Security, and the Latest Technology

　All of the new features are based on Microsoft Azure, which provides the stability and high security required for an enterprise environment, and are delivered through the Azure OpenAI Service. HUE is also one of the first ERP vendors in Japan to adopt declarative agent technology, which allows users to search and format ERP data and automatically execute routine tasks simply by issuing instructions in natural language on Microsoft 365 Copilot.
