Hatara Yale Receives Fifth Award for Enthusiasm for Benefits
Achieving "Ease of Work" through Telework and Flexible Work Hours

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a corporate welfare program promoter by Hataraku Ale 2025, which certifies and awards corporations that focus on the enhancement and utilization of welfare programs. In the critique by the secretariat, WAP was highly evaluated for its "enthusiasm for welfare", such as its management's emphasis on welfare, etc. WAP has introduced telework and full-flex systems, and is making efforts to create a comfortable work environment by enhancing its childcare support system. At the same time, we are actively recruiting interns, new graduates, and new graduates to strengthen our workforce for the further growth of the company.

Objective evaluation of benefit levels
Hataraku Yale awards and certifies corporations that have implemented excellent benefit programs and those that are willing to enhance their benefit programs in the future, with the aim of further promoting and developing benefit programs. By receiving the award, the level and enthusiasm of a corporation's benefit program are objectively evaluated, leading to increased corporate value and other benefits. This is the fifth time WAP has received this award.
The judges evaluate initiatives based on six criteria, including "enthusiasm for employee benefits" and "responsiveness to management issues. WAP received high marks for its "enthusiasm for employee benefits" and was commented that "management places great importance on employee benefits and utilizes them as a management tool. The staff in charge of the program was also praised for "improving the benefits program based on employee feedback.
Working styles that each employee can choose
WAP offers remote work to all employees and a fully flexible work schedule with no core hours. In addition, the new Tokyo headquarters, which was relocated last December, is equipped with a central work space, meeting rooms, and communication space, allowing each employee to choose a work style that best suits his or her needs.
In addition, the childcare support system was revised in conjunction with the introduction of "postnatal father childcare leave," which can be used immediately after the birth of a child. In addition to adding men to the program, a new half-parental leave system was established, and the number of leave days available in case of illness or injury of a child was increased. In response to the increase in the average age of employees, we have also enhanced the nursing care leave system.
Annual publication of the "Clip" human capital report
We have published an annual human capital report, "Clip," which summarizes our efforts focused on investment in human capital, and introduces our human resource systems and measures since 2023. Disclosure of the report is mandatory for listed companies; WAP is unlisted, but publishes it to transparently demonstrate its thoughts, strategies, and indicators on "people.
