(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") will release "HUE Lease Accounting," a SaaS-type service compatible with the new lease accounting standards, on April 25, 2025.

　Many companies are required to prepare for the new lease accounting standards that will be applied from April 2027. However, the number of lease contracts and business structures vary from company to company, as do the required functions and cost tolerances. For companies that require a simple solution, WAP will offer a new SaaS-type service called "HUE Lease Accounting," which can be used for as little as ¥30,000 per month (maximum: 50 contracts), depending on the number of contracts. This will assist all companies in smoothly adapting to the new standard.

Application of the new lease accounting standard is imminent, and an easy solution is required.

　With the impending application of the new lease accounting standards, more and more companies are finding the limits of Excel-based management, and the need for systemization is rapidly increasing. While the real estate and retail industries, which will see a significant increase in the number of leases subject to on-balance sheet accounting, are considering systems, companies that will be affected only to a limited extent are asking for a system that can be introduced and operated more easily due to cost and manpower constraints.

　The newly launched "HUE Lease Accounting" is a system that can be more easily introduced, based on the know-how cultivated with "HUE Asset" and developed by carefully selecting only the necessary functions for any industry or business category. Since the system can be introduced with usage fees based on the number of contracts starting at 30,000 yen per month, companies with a limited number of lease contracts, on-site operation system, or need for sublease support will be able to choose a system more suitable for their company.
