Users' Group Holds Annual Meeting
Sharing Case Studies at User Lectures and Roundtable Discussions

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") held the annual meeting of its User Committee (hereinafter "UC"), consisting of user companies, in Tokyo on November 15 and online on November 26. A total of 70 companies and organizations/132 people attended the meeting, where users actively shared information and interacted with each other, and the overall satisfaction rate of the meeting was 97%.
Part I: WAP new brand announcement and the latest case studies of AI applications
The 29th meeting of the UC Executive Committee was opened by Ritsumeikan Educational Corporation on behalf of the UC Executive Committee, and the regular meeting got underway.
In the first part of the meeting, Representative Director Hata announced the new corporate brand and shared his enthusiasm for the next stage. Mr. Otani from Microsoft Japan, Inc. gave a lecture on "Trends of AI utilization to improve productivity," explaining the importance of data accumulation and system integration in AI utilization from the three perspectives of using AI, creating AI, and using AI safely, as well as the latest examples of AI utilization with demonstrations. He also introduced the latest AI application case studies with demonstrations.
Part II: User lectures to share case studies
In the second session, divided into ERP and groupware users, WAP executives in charge of each product reported on their business plans and future development policies, followed by presentations by user companies on specific case studies.

Tenjinkai, where HUE Classic is managed by five people in the finance department, has achieved significant business improvement through the gradual introduction of additional modules. In particular, they introduced the remarkable effects in "rental property management" and the "multi-dimensional allocation management" function that was implemented with a small number of man-hours. He also mentioned the importance of "setting up the system with an awareness of "how easy it would be to do this" in actual operations" and "proactively touching unfamiliar functions" in order to implement the system efficiently.

"Security Strategy for Secure Ariel Operation"
GUNZE Corporation migrated to Ariel from Notes, which they had used for 20 years. Roundtable Discussions and Social Gatherings Further Deepen Interaction
After the lectures, a roundtable discussion was held to share information among the users, and since all users use WAP products on a non-customized basis, there was a lively exchange of opinions on issues and utilization methods based on common product knowledge. At the reception after the second session, the audience enjoyed the latest product demonstration corner and communication projects.
WAP will continue to support information sharing and collaboration among user companies and promote efforts to create more successful cases.
