　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that UR Community Inc. has selected WAP's ERP package software "HUE AC Series UR Communities is responsible for the management of approximately 700,000 rental housing units (as of 2023) provided by the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR Urban Renaissance Agency). By using the HUE series, the company will be able to centrally manage all processes from receipt of invoices to payment, thereby reducing paper consumption by approximately 50,000 sheets and improving operational efficiency.

Background of adoption: To realize paperless and efficient business operations

　With the expiration of the server maintenance period of the current system, UR Community began considering a complete renewal of its "financial accounting," "management accounting," and "receivables and payables management" systems, and aimed to introduce a system that would greatly improve efficiency by digitizing operations in each area, which were mainly paper-based procedures and manual work, while also reducing running costs. The goal was to introduce a system that would greatly improve efficiency and reduce running costs by digitizing operations in each area.　The HUE series offers a wealth of functions to support the digitization of operations, and was highly evaluated for its ability to significantly reduce the use of paper. In addition, the system can respond to legal revisions and OS updates with free version upgrades, and future cost reductions can be expected.
　The cost advantages and business comprehensiveness initially led to the decision to adopt the HUE Financials & Strategy and HUE Accounts Payable/Receivable accounting systems. In addition, HUE Digital Invoice, HUE Expense, and HUE Workflow were additionally selected for expense reimbursement and internal approval processes, based on their ability to support the entire billing process from a single company.

Expected Effects: Improved efficiency and paper reduction in billing operations through centralized management

　The introduction of the HUE series is expected to reduce approximately 50,000 sheets of paper, including invoices and internal approval requests.
　In addition, since seamless data linkage is possible from receipt of invoices using "HUE Digital Invoice" to payment operations using "HUE AC Series," a significant reduction in work time is also expected through automatic data processing.

　Our current system had been in place for a considerable period of time, and various issues had become apparent, such as the paper-intensive workflow and operating costs. In completely revamping our system, we set three goals: (1) to promote digitization and paperless operations, (2) to reduce administrative workload by improving operational efficiency, and (3) to equalize costs over the medium to long term, in order to create an environment that improves productivity.
　The HUE series is sure to achieve the goals that we are appealing for, such as the high business coverage of the standard functions, significant efficiency gains by combining multiple products, such as billing processing through the introduction of HUE Digital Invoice, seamless data linkage between each area, and leveling of maintenance costs. We decided to implement the system not only for financial and managerial accounting, but also for a wide range of other areas such as expense reimbursement and workflow, based on our belief that the system will enable us to achieve the goals we are promoting. We expect that this will enable us to digitize and paperless our entire accounting operations as well as to make more effective use of management resources.
