　(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") announces that Toin Gakuen School Corporation (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Shinichi Mizokami; hereafter "Toin Gakuen") has launched the "HUE Workflow" workflow system provided by WAP throughout the school. Toin Gakuen is pleased to announce that it has launched the "HUE Workflow" workflow system provided by WAP on a university-wide basis. To solve the problems of complexity and humanization of conventional on-premise workflow systems, Toin Gakuen has migrated to the SaaS-type HUE Workflow, which is easy to use for both system administrators and end users, and offers excellent cost performance. This migration streamlined the workflow creation process and reduced the administrative burden.

Background】Replacement focused on ease of use.

　Toin Gakuen has a total of approximately 7,500 students from kindergarten to university, and approximately 550 teachers and staff support its operations. However, with the previous system, the creation of application forms and flow settings were complicated, placing a heavy burden on the system administrator. With a maintenance deadline looming, the decision was made to implement HUE Workflow because of its simple operation with drag-and-drop flow settings, flexibility in managing permissions by department, and the cost advantage of using a wealth of functions without additional fees.

Smooth transition and streamlined operation by the field divisions

　With HUE Workflow, application forms can be easily created in a few dozen minutes by simply importing Excel forms and setting input items. At Toin Gakuen, about 70 workflows, including notifications and requests for approval from the personnel and labor departments, were set up primarily by the on-site departments to which authority had been delegated. No special skills were required, and the entire migration was completed in approximately 10 months, utilizing the time between normal work duties.
　As a result, workflow creation and maintenance were completed within the department, greatly reducing the administrative workload. In addition, users have continued to take the initiative in creating new workflows after the system went live, and five new workflows were systemized within one month of the start of operations. Further improvements in work efficiency are expected in the future.
