　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that Tokai Rika Corporation (Head Office: Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi Prefecture; President: Hiromi Ninoyu; hereinafter "Tokai Rika") will migrate to WAP's ERP package software, HUE Classic ("Tokai Rika", head office: Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi, Japan, President: Hiromi Ninoyomi) announces that it will upgrade WAP's ERP package software, HUE Classic Series ("HUE Classic"), and fully migrate its expense reimbursement and management system to HUE AC Series ("HUE"). Tokai Rika expects to significantly reduce man-hours and operating costs by eliminating the aging self-developed front office system and consolidating purchasing management, payment requests, reimbursement of replacement expenses, budget management, and other operations into HUE.

Background of Adoption: To break away from the company's aging system.

　Tokai Rika has been using "HUE Classic" in the core area of accounting system (*1), while it has been operating an in-house developed system for 28 years in the front area such as purchase management, payment requests, and budget management. However, the system itself was aging, and at the same time, the deadline for OS support for the self-developed system was approaching in October 2025, making a system renewal an urgent task.
　HUE was highly evaluated for its ability to cover existing system requirements from the front desk to the mission-critical areas with standard functions, and its ability to respond to legal revisions and OS updates with free version upgrades, and a full migration was decided upon.

Expected Effects: Increased operational efficiency and reduced operating costs through system consolidation and the use of AI.

　Tokai Rika will realize one-stop operation by consolidating the front-end domain operations that were being performed by the self-developed system into HUE, eliminating the need for add-on development and interface development.
　In the quotation process, man-hours will be significantly reduced by eliminating transcription work and automatic quotation via the Web and e-mail, and in the payment process, efficiency will be improved by reading invoices using AI-OCR, thereby reducing the overall operational burden and improving productivity.
　Furthermore, the migration from in-house systems to HUE is expected to reduce future operating costs by making it possible to upgrade the system free of charge.

　HUE is a domestically produced ERP system developed for Japan's leading companies, and has continued to grow based on customer feedback to meet a wide range of business requirements regardless of industry or business category.
