　　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") announced today that it will provide its ArielAirOne Portal (hereinafter "Ariel") groupware for large enterprises to Cyber Solutions, Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kaihiro Hayashi; hereinafter referred to as "Cyber Solutions") on an OEM basis. With this agreement, Cyber Solutions will begin offering SecureCommunicationONE, a new communication tool that integrates Ariel's time management functions, on November 17, enabling the use of advanced integrated communication solutions across a wide range of enterprise scale. SecureCommunicationONE will be available to a wide range of corporate customers.

Background】Deployment of Ariel's powerful functions to small and midsize companies

　Ariel is a groupware that supports business efficiency with scheduling, workflow, and low-code development functions for large companies. It has been introduced by approximately 150 corporate groups to date and is highly regarded. Through this partnership, Ariel's powerful groupware functions are now available to small and midsize companies through Cyber Solutions' SecureCommunicationONE.

　SecureCommunicationONE is not only a communication tool like conventional business e-mail and security functions, but also enables efficient time management by incorporating Ariel's groupware functions. and is provided in a multi-tenant environment, making it easy to deploy SecureCommunicationONE in small and midsize companies, allowing for rapid deployment of SecureCommunicationONE.

Future expansion: Market expansion and growth through partnerships

　While WAP will continue to offer Ariel to large enterprises, it will also expand into the small and midsize enterprise market through its partnership with Cyber Solutions. WAP aims to expand the number of users in the groupware market and promote sustainable market growth through further partnerships.
