2024/05/07
(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") will hold the two-day online business forum "WorksWay 2024: Non-Retirement" on Thursday, July 18 and Friday, July 19, 2024, focusing on the art of internal and external capital strategy to maximize corporate value. This year's keynote speaker will be Hitotsubashi University. This year's keynote speakers will be Kunio Ito of Hitotsubashi University and Noriaki Izumi of METI.

What is WorksWay?
The name "WorksWay" reflects our philosophy. It is to change the concept of "work," to make work more creative, to increase corporate productivity, and to expand corporate value. And our customers' growth is our growth, and we aim to contribute to that growth. This is the path we must walk together with our customers, the WorksWay.
Our main theme for this year is "Non-retirement". This is the wisdom of Buddhism and represents the importance of having faith and not retreating from any difficulties, but rather taking the initiative to go on the offensive. The key to success or failure in this process is the utilization of internal capital such as human resources and data, as well as external capital such as advanced IT services and solutions. This event will deliver the art of strategy to maximize the corporate value of Japanese companies by "staying the course".
